Hi! I’m Alli, I am a licensed cosmetologist. I graduated Douglas J Aveda Institute in Ann Arbor with 1500 hard earned hours in March 2019 and shortly after I took my Michigan State Board test and got licensed. I haven’t always truly known my love for hair and nails until I started my journey at Team Designs. I love how I can transform someone in a short period of time, including their mood! When I make people look good, they feel good and that’s what I love most about my job. I love being creative and learning new ways to perfect a look. Outside of work, I love traveling, loving on my dog Sully and binge watching Law & Order
